Experience the forest with all your senses, slow down everyday life, bathe in the forest atmosphere, Munich, Upper Bavaria area. Mindfulness exercises, stress reduction, immune system strengthening, short guided meditation (grounding and connection to the source). With a final thanksgiving ritual.

(Waterproof seat pad would be an advantage. Group picnic after the course is optional.)
